We provide tarot reading services in-store (in Singapore) and online (global) in English and Mandarin. As of now, we only have online reading sessions available unless otherwise announced on Instagram. Prices: S$77/30min or S$99/45min (pre-book pricing only).
If you would like to purchase crystals, ritual tools, incense, and others, you may drop by our physical store that is opened Tues through Sat from 3-7pm. Our shop address is 464 Crawford Lane, #02-03, Singapore 190464. If you cannot find a slot that works for you, you may book a 1-3 question reading that will be recorded for you via video. FAQ on Refer & Earn
How do I use or redeem my referral earnings?
1. The earnings will have to be approved on my end after each successful purchase from your friend who has utilised your link.
2. Upon approval, you will receive an email and update on your referral platform to claim your reward, which will turn into store credits. The store credits do not expire (utilise within 6 months unless otherwise stated by Akashic Crystals).
3. When you are about to make a purchase, you may access your platform through your email (claim reward) from UpPromote. Indicate the amount** you want to use from your total rewards to be turned into a discount coupon. Please only perform this step if you are ready to make a purchase as you cannot reverse this action. **Kindly note that if your coupon offset exceeds purchase amount, no refunds nor change can be made. Please only indicate the amount you are sure is sufficient to be deducted, and not more than purchase amount.
4. Copy the discount code /coupon generated and paste it in upon checkout for your order under promo codes. Make sure the discount is applied before proceeding with outstanding payment if any.
Is this the same as my Akashic Crystals customer account which I use to checkout my order with?
No, it will be a separate account. Your referral affiliate account has a different login system and details from your customer account. The email you use to sign up for referral account will be your login email for your referral account.
Upon sign up, you will receive an email from UpPromote with your referral login details.
I lost my password / email address. How can I reset my password? Can I access my store credits even if I lost access to my email?
Forgot password: Once you click on the Claim Reward button on your email sent by UpPromote once someone has made a purchase from your unique link, the system will direct you to the login page, where you can reset your password if needed.
Forgot /lost access to/wrong email: There is NO way to change the email. Please ensure you have keyed in the right email address. You will have to create a new account and restart your store credit accumulation from scratch. So please be safe and triple check!
What is the limit to how much of accumulated store credits I can use per order?
I have made it so that there is no limit -- this means that you can allow it to accumulate to as much as you want an offset a service fully. ;) Yay to free readings!
